If you are already running Quickbooks, we can merge all the data for you and review its accuracy. If you are new to Quickbooks, we can set you up as soon as one day! We can even do catch up work for behind financials and data entry. There are no contracts, just a flat rate monthly fee, determined by how many bank accounts you have and your actual business volume. We also offer an hourly rate for businesses that prefer more dedicated hours or are uncertain of their current needs.
Upload your Financial Transactions
Simply take a picture of any receipts, checks, invoices, or deposits and upload them to our secure data server. You can also scan and save to pdf, or print as pdf and upload. Its virtually that easy! From there, your information is updated and filed for accurate record keeping. There is no neccessary extra equipment to buy.
